1. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Processing may take longer during promotions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Timelines

• Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• For metro cities, delivery may be faster (3–5 business days).
• Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, logistics issues, or force majeure events beyond Cordysafelife®’s control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values.

4. Delivery Coverage

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping may be offered in the future and will be subject to separate terms.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or app.

6. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be marked as undelivered.
• In such cases, Cordysafelife® may charge re-shipping fees if the customer requests redelivery.

7. Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Deliveries

• If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@cordysafelife.com with your order ID and product images.
• Upon verification, a replacement will be provided, subject to availability.
• Refunds are not provided as per our No Return / No Refund Policy.

8. Liability

• Cordysafelife® is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to replacement of defective/damaged products only.

9. Governing Law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
