No Return & No Refund Policy – Cordysafelife®

This No Return & No Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Cordysafelife® (registered under Life Science Services), through its website, authorized distributors, or any other sales channel. By purchasing our products, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms stated herein.

1. General Policy

Due to the consumable, perishable, and health-sensitive nature of nutraceutical and wellness products, all sales are final. Cordysafelife® maintains a strict No Return / No Refund policy once a product is sold and delivered.

2. Non-Eligibility for Return/Refund

The following circumstances are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Opened, partially used, or tampered packaging.
• Change of mind, dislike of taste, or personal preference.
• Products purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales.
• Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics issues beyond Cordysafelife®’s control.

3. Exceptions (Limited Replacement Only)

Cordysafelife® may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement (not refund) in the following verified cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Product is expired at the time of delivery.
• Incorrect product was shipped.

Conditions for Exception:

• The Customer must notify Cordysafelife® in writing within 48 hours of delivery at support@cordysafelife.com, with supporting images/videos.
• The product must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
• If the claim is valid, Cordysafelife® will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability).

4. Liability Limitation

• Cordysafelife® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products.
• The maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

5. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

6. Amendments

Cordysafelife® reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the Policy periodically.
